Using VIBPS

VIBPS is a discovery platform for apps and digital products. You may browse the service, create an account, publish eligible apps, interact with listings, and claim ownership of imported listings where available.

Your account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of an app.

Age

If you are under the age at which you can validly consent to an information-society service under the law that applies to you, you may only create or use an account with any required authorisation from a parent or legal guardian. In Slovenia, that age is generally 15 where consent is the relevant legal basis.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. By publishing content on VIBPS, you give VIBPS permission to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service.

Unclaimed listings and ownership claims

VIBPS may include factual, publicly available product information about apps for discovery purposes. An unclaimed listing does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or creator approval. If you own or built an eligible unclaimed listing, you may request ownership and we may require reasonable verification before approving the claim.

If you believe an unclaimed listing is inaccurate, should be removed, or affects your intellectual-property rights, use our listing correction and takedown process.

Acceptable use

Do not use VIBPS to publish illegal content, malware, deceptive listings, impersonation, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or content intended to abuse or disrupt the service or other users.

Illegal-content notices

Any individual or entity may use our illegal-content notice mechanism to identify specific content on VIBPS that they believe is illegal. Notices should identify the exact content and explain the alleged illegality. We review sufficiently precise notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner.

Moderation

VIBPS may review, edit metadata, hide, remove, demote, disable access to, reject, or otherwise restrict content or accounts where this is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or Community Guidelines, respond to reports or rights notices, protect users or the service, or comply with law.

Current content-restriction decisions in the VIBPS notice-and-action workflow are made through human review. VIBPS does not currently use automated systems to make final illegal-content removal decisions in that workflow. Technical security, spam-prevention and abuse-prevention measures may operate automatically, but a moderation statement will identify automated means where they materially contributed to a covered restriction.

When deciding whether and how to restrict content, VIBPS aims to apply these rules proportionately and with due regard to the rights and legitimate interests of users and others affected by the decision. Where the Digital Services Act requires a statement of reasons and the affected user can be identified, VIBPS records the restriction, territorial scope and duration, facts relied on, legal and/or contractual grounds, use of automated means, and available redress. Account holders can view recorded statements through their Moderation decisions page.

Review and redress

If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact hello@vibps.com and include the affected content URL and any available notice or moderation-decision reference. VIBPS will review the request and may uphold, change, or reverse the decision. Other remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Digital Services Act contact

VIBPS contact points for users and competent authorities are published on the Contact page. Formal Digital Services Act communications are accepted in Slovenian and English.

External apps

VIBPS links to third-party apps and websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, transactions, or privacy practices.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Policy available from the VIBPS footer.

No warranty

VIBPS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing, rating, comment, or external app is accurate, safe, or suitable for your needs.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms as VIBPS evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
