Unclaimed listings

VIBPS may include unclaimed discovery listings created from publicly available product information. An unclaimed listing does not mean that the app, creator, company, or rights holder is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorses VIBPS.

Corrections and removals

If you own, build, represent, or hold rights relating to a listed app, you can ask VIBPS to correct inaccurate information or review a removal request. You can also claim an eligible unclaimed listing through the ownership-claim process.

Copyright and trademark notices

If you believe content displayed on VIBPS infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, submit a notice identifying the affected listing, the relevant rights, the content at issue, and enough information for us to verify and review the request.

Good-faith review

Requests are reviewed rather than treated as automatic takedowns. VIBPS may temporarily hide content while a notice is investigated, request additional evidence, correct metadata, remove content, or reject a request that is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or clearly unrelated to the listed material.

Misuse of the process

Do not submit knowingly false ownership, copyright, trademark, or removal claims. Repeated or abusive misuse of the notice process may result in restrictions on future submissions.
